Roundcube merupakan aplikasi webmail yang cukup populer saat ini, dikarenakan antar mukanya yang user friendly dan mudah operasionalnya. Namun, pada saat user hendak login webmail roundcube muncul error “Connection to storage server failed” dan menurut hasil pengecekan kami hal tersebut berhubungan dengan service IMAP nya. Untuk itu cek terlebih dahulu error di lognya, karena IMAP servicenya menggunakan dovecot, maka lakukan pengecekan di file berikut:
tail -f /var/log/dovecot.log
Perhatikan log seperti berikut ini:

Edit file 15-mailboxes.conf seperti berikut
vi /etc/dovecot/conf.d/15-mailboxes.conf
Tambahkan value inbox = yes di antara namespace inbox {…} di dalam file berikut:

Simpan perubahan tersebut, kemudian restart service dovecotnya:
service dovecot restart
Test login ke webmail dan seharusnya berhasil.
